Welcome to the Big Day Photography help section. Here you’ll find some of our more frequently asked questions, to answer some of the queries you may have about the Big Day service. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us via phone, or on our contact us page.

What is your style and approach when covering events?

We like to take every event as it comes. We have no desire to dictate to your guests where to stand and how to act. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our non-intrusive manner. Combined with our well-developed rapport and respectable approach with all of your family and guests, we assure you we will all have a lovely time.

How soon after my event will my pictures be available?

Here at Big Day Photography, we strive to have your album with you as soon as possible. Within 14 days of the event we will have the images uploaded online, accessed via your individual client login or recent event. You will also receive a disk with all your images from your Big Day, ready to be chosen for your album. Once your selections have been made, the album is then taken into design and finally approved by yourselves before sent to print. Our quickest turnaround from wedding to album has been 6 weeks!

What type of albums do you offer?

We have an extensive range of albums for you to choose from. Whether you require a small coffee table book, a Digital Storybook album or a Handcrafted Leather album we’re sure to have one to suit your needs. All samples can be seen at our Studio.

What else does Big Day offer?

We offer a range of services to all our clients. Even though we specialise in Wedding Photography we are able to use our years of experience and skills on great portraits and lifestyle shoots. We have also covered a number of events some with our onsite studio photography service and printing. If theres anything you need captured please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you further.

Who is the Big Day team?

How far are you willing to travel?

Although we are based in London Big Day have covered Events throughout the UK & Abroad. We are prepared to travel anywhere for your special day.

How much do you charge?

We do not have any set package charges as each client’s individual needs are unique from one another. Therefore, prices and charges always vary depending on number of events, hours of coverage and types of albums you would like to build in your package. Please feel free to contact us to book a consultation where we will show you our sample albums and build your custom package.
